Tuesday, December 29th, 2009

Black Business Builders Club is an Affiliate Program of the National Black Business Trade Association (NBBTA).

The National Black Business Trade Association, Inc. (NBBTA)founded in 1993 is a Global People and Technology Membership Network which focuses on connecting members to processed information and other technologies, as well as to each other, forming a synergistic network of like-minded individuals.

I believe you can learn a lot about the character of a business by looking at its owner.

Who is Lee Green?

The Black Business Builders Club was founded by Mr. Lee Green who originally served as Executive Director of the NBBTA and now sits as its Chairman.

Mr. Green has held separate licenses in life insurance, securities, mortgage brokerage and real estate and was registered as an Investment Advisor with the Securities and Exchanges Commission.

He started the Capitol Planning Corporation in 1979 which became one of the pioneers in what is now the Financial Services Industry.

In 1983, he published the first “how-to” money magazine targeted to a Black audience entitled, Financial Independence Money Management Magazine, which at its height was distributed in 44 states and 5 foreign countries with a readership in the hundreds of thousands.

Mr. Green has given entrepreneurial seminars in over a dozen cities including New York, Los Angeles and Washington DC. He’s been interviewed by prestigious publications such as the Washington Post, New York Times, Afro American, Chicago Tribune , the Los Angeles Times and the Wall Street Journal.

In addition to the Black Business Builders Club he currently runs two separate companies, LG Management Group (LGMG) and The Avaran Group, plus his Social Networking site, Black Business Space.com.
